Returns & Refund Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The bottle must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- The product must be in the same condition as received, without any signs of tampering or damage.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns for opened or used bottles of soy sauce.
How to Request a Return
To start a return, please contact us at sanc@ppmt1.com. Returns must be sent to the following address:

If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how to send the package back. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Note: If you are returning a product from outside the United States, please be aware that international shipping times may vary.
Damages & Order Issues
We take quality seriously and ensure that your order reaches you in perfect condition. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please inspect it upon receipt and contact us immediately at sanc@ppmt1.com so we can resolve the issue.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please place a new order and follow the return process for your original item (if eligible).
European Union 3-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days of delivery, no questions asked. The product must remain unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, contact us at sanc@ppmt1.com.
