📝 Ingredients (Serves 2)

For the Burger Patties:
½ lb ground beef (80/20 blend for max flavor)
1 tbsp SANC Soy Sauce
½ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper

For Cooking:
1–2 tbsp neutral oil (canola or vegetable)
Cast iron skillet or griddle
Metal spatula (for smashing)
For the SANC Burger Sauce (Optional but 🔥):
2 tbsp mayo
1 tsp ketchup
1 tsp yellow mustard
1 tsp SANC Soy Sauce
Optional: dash of hot sauce or pickle brine

For Assembling:
2 burger buns (potato or brioche)
2 slices American cheese (or any melty cheese)
Sliced pickles
Thin red onion (optional)
Shredded lettuce (optional)
Butter (for bun toasting)

🍳 Cooking Instructions

1. Make the Patties
In a bowl, combine ground beef, SANC Soy Sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix gently—don’t overwork the meat. Divide into two loose balls and keep chilled.
2. Toast the Buns
Heat your skillet over medium heat. Add a bit of butter and toast the buns cut-side down until golden brown. Set aside.
3. Sear & Smash
Turn the heat to medium-high or high. Add oil to the hot skillet. Place each beef ball on the surface and smash it down flatusing a spatula (use parchment paper underneath if needed). Let it cook untouched for 2–3 minutes to form a deep, crispy crust.
4. Flip & Cheese It
Flip the patties once. Immediately top with cheese and cook for another 1–2 minutes, just until melted.
5. Make the Sauce (Optional)
Mix mayo, ketchup, mustard, and SANC Soy Sauce in a small bowl. Add a dash of hot sauce or pickle juice for a flavor kick.
6. Assemble
Spread the SANC burger sauce on toasted buns. Layer on the patty, pickles, onions, lettuce—whatever you love. Top it off and get ready to bite into greatness.
